Yes Love 429

Hi all!

When I came back from my week in Spain, I showed you a picture of four pretty Spanish polishes. I already showed you Yes Love 402, and now it's time for 429.

Please imagine this to be way more on the green side - it freaked out my camera. 429 is a gorgeous mermaid color - bluegreen or greenblue packed with green shimmer. I love this! I *think* I like this even more than Catch My In Your Net and Charla, because it's more unique.

Here's a pic that's way crappier than the first two, but it shows the green better so I uploaded it anyway.

Application was good, no problems with applying the polish since it went on really smooth. Dryingtime was surprisingly good as well! And all of that for a bottle of polish for € 1,50..

What do you think of 429? (it feels a bit like talking about secret agents or something. Why don't all polish companies give their polish names? It's so much more fun!)

Thanks for stopping by :)

Yes Love 402

Hi all,

A short post today, I don't really feel like blogging at the moment. I have one of the Spanish pretties to show you.

yes love green shimmer 402 nailpolish spanish brand nailswatchesYes Love 402, three coats in daylight. 402 is a very dark muddy green base with gorgeous green shimmer. It's packed with shimmer so you don't really see the muddy base, but it's really there.

Application was good. The polish is a bit on the thin side but easy to work with. I don't really like the brush though: it's a bit too thin for my liking. Drying time was good.

Let's take a closer look:

I'm quite impressed with this polish. It's a gorgeous shade and it's great value for money, since I only paid € 1,50 a bottle.

Buenos Dias!

Hi all!

How are you all doing? Guess who's back from holiday? Yes, it's me! Lol is has been a week filled with sun and reading just to empty my head a bit. And it did, a bit. I also need my holiday with Michelle and Michèle! Only a couple of days, yay!

Anyway, I wanted to share a NOTD from before I went to Spain. The pictures turned out a bit less than I expected because the polish was rediculously shiny, so I had the reflection of just about everything in the house pictured on my nails.

mac blue india dusty blue creme htf liberty of london collection 2010 nailpolish nailswatches swatchMAC Blue India, three coats with one coat of Nubar Diamont. Blue India is a dusty medium blue creme. Dusty! This was actually one of my biggest lemmings and I recently got it in thanks to a lovely MUA'er in a swap which contains over 20 polishes lol. I love love love the color, but I got chips in a matter of hours so that was a big disappointment. I'll try it again to see if it was just bad luck or that the wear of this polish is indeed not that good.

Application is good. The polish went on smoothly. The polish bottle is a bit wonky in my opninion, so I had a bit of issues holding the cap to polish my nails, but I think that's just me lol.

I also wanted to share the pretties I picked up while I was in Spain. We only went to one little village with one little store that had polish, so I grabbed these four.

They only have numbers, and I'm not even sure about the brand, Yes Love. When I google, I can't find anything on the brand - no swatches, nothing. Help? I can't imagine that I'm the only one buying these!

That's it for now, dear reader!
